Anna-Lena Sauer is a painter, textile artist, and sculptor based in the United States whose works have been exhibited internationally. In addition, her art has been featured in publications such as Envision Arts Magazine and the Textiel Plus TXP Magazine. Sauer describes her artistic practice as being focused on the material itself as well as the juxtaposition of contrasting materials and their different properties, the interaction of texture, color, line, shape, and space as autonomous key elements.
