The edge of the forest has recently awakened from winter hibernation; the tender green of the new grass already seems to be growing visibly, near the path between the trees. Even their branches are dressed in new clothes, and they seem to be competing to see who will be the first to fully wear the new season's clothing. The observer's gaze gets lost in the maze of trunks and branches, as far as the eye can see. It is an invitation to rediscover contact…

Anna Martinazzi is a painter and sculptor based in Italy whose works have been exhibited nationally, as well as in France, Israel, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, and Switzerland. Through her landscapes, florals, and abstractions, she hopes to convey the emotions and enthusiasm she felt when creating. Martinazzi's painterly compositions are made using watercolors, tempera, and oils on wood or canvas.
