About this artwork
The Reflections series grew straight from the "Garden of Eden" series. They evolved from Water Lilies and became, as it were, an independent entity. They develop into the colors of paradise, joyful, beautiful, blending with each other. Pure, beautiful darkness, illuminated by dynamic flecks of color. The color-lit areas are alive with twisting shoots. A world where reflections in water create illusions, where vegetation begins, where the sky is and…
where the water is. It is a world where light is constantly weaving color, changing, flickering and unstable. Where fairies giggle and do their mischief.
