About this artwork
My painting resembles the castle of the snow queen somewhere in the mountains. Saturated shades of blue, lilac colors convey real freshness and frost!
This painting took part in the November exhibition "Cataclysm" in the center of Moscow, in the Lega gallery. I liked that the exhibition has such a complicated, but very interesting topic.
In my artwork, I showed the "Ice Age". It seems fatal, but the rays of the sun falling on the mountains, the… earth give hope for life, hope for rebirth!
To create this work, I used a palette knife to show the Ice Age as realistically as possible.
This work was done in the technique of pasty painting, with large strokes, layers.
The corners of the picture are painted on all sides, the picture will perfectly fit into the interior.
Original oil painting on a stretched linen canvas, high-quality materials are used, neatly hand signed on the face and back.
Ready to hand (edges are painted).
