About this artwork
The face was made from a soft type of stone. This small sculpture was made by hand. This sculpture is a mixture of an abstract and a representational style. I saw a head in this stone. And then the stone got its face. This face was only partially processed realistically, especially the mouth, nose and chin. Most of the stone, because of its natural beauty, remains natural.
The color of the stone is mainly beige with various spots of color.
From… the side, this face looks like a mask. The back is natural.
The sculpture has no pedestal and should not be presented in a standing position (like an ordinary sculpture), but should lie on a surface.
