About this artwork
Original oil painting inspired by emotions and energy. Everything what surrounds us is an energy and we can sense other's energy of heart or at least I believe its possible. Dreams reflect our subconscious mind and some believe impact or reality. I wanted to present this invisible force using only positive colour palette. Full of vibrant colours and lovely mixed media texture. The edges of the painting are painted hence there is no need for a frame,…
however if you like the one I used please send a direct message for more information. The hanging system will be installed on the back of the frame. Perfect as a decorations to any room.

« It feels like the passion for creation was waiting to be released and I have started my journey to find myself again. »
The places that Anna Schofield visits live long in her memory until she is ready to bring them back to life on canvas through her own interpretation. The UK-based artist loves traveling and documenting seascapes, skies, harbors, trees, and flowers. Schofield begins a piece by creating a ‘suggestion of the mark’ using acrylics, gesso, or polyfilla. She then covers the canvas with many layers of oil paint until the final result is achieved.
