About this artwork
Original oil painting inspired by emotions. Interesting but soft colours and lovely mixed media texture. This painting should encourage the viewer to come up with his own responses. The edges of the painting are painted hence there is no need for a frame, however if you like the one I used please send a direct message for more information. Perfect as a decorations to any room.

« It feels like the passion for creation was waiting to be released and I have started my journey to find myself again. »
The places that Anna Schofield visits live long in her memory until she is ready to bring them back to life on canvas through her own interpretation. The UK-based artist loves traveling and documenting seascapes, skies, harbors, trees, and flowers. Schofield begins a piece by creating a ‘suggestion of the mark’ using acrylics, gesso, or polyfilla. She then covers the canvas with many layers of oil paint until the final result is achieved.
