About this artwork
In this work, I captured the delicate and luminous beauty of a yellow orchid, with its graphic and tranquil elegance. Using oil on canvas, I sought to immortalize its naturally ephemeral flowering, in harmony with its galvanized metal pot and a turquoise background where its shadow is projected.
