About this artwork
Anne Robin really enjoyed making this series on cities in order to give them back the part of their dreams. Its cities are calm, always intimately mingled with nature, in one way or another. And the sun often represented. Are we here in New York, in part of Central Park? This acrylic painting and gilding leaf is above all a tribute to the sun, which makes the city and life more beautiful. Varnish finish.

Anne Robin is an award-winning artist based in France whose paintings have been exhibited nationally, in Spain, Italy and China. She describes her ambition as wanting to make people dream. Creating in series, she explores themes related to the city, showing that urban and natural environments are not incompatible. Robin prefers the “modernity” of acrylic and often incorporates gold into her compositions as a symbol of abundance and spirituality.
