About this artwork
That's a bang! Small but not to be overlooked. A pink rose in a turquoise green vase against a royal blue background. If that isn't a real pop of color! A great, trendy image, a bit cheesy, that's the way it should be. Just great!
« My art creates a harmony parallel to nature, and grows from my irrepressible joy for the work, which makes both me and the viewer happy. »
Anne Samson is a passionate German painter who has exhibited her works nationally. Always motivated to create aesthetic tensions, she uses colour and structure to provoke emotions, viewer intrigue and a sense of joy. To achieve this, she oscillates between the abstract and the figurative, using a range of materials including quartz sand, marble flour, ink, oil, and chalk alongside an acrylic base.
