About this artwork
Ios is inspired by trips to Greece in the Cyclades. It's a sandblasted acrylic from the beach on this island with an airbrushed sky. The idea is to recall the peaceful atmosphere of a beachside, the time of siestas between the sun and the sea. The colors from the landscape are also those of Greece.
