High point of the meditation on the memory "future of the past", the installation placed opposite the triptych poses to the spectator an enigma. Framed with a double safety marking that signals fragility - or potential danger? - of what is inside the perimeter, a mound of a raw material, gray and pulverulent rests on a painter's painting placed on the ground, of flesh color, delicate and sensitive support like a skin. It looks like ashes or dust.…
This is actually cement. Inert by-product of destruction, combustion, or building material? Unless it is the raw material of the same process, like an active memory that would model ash and dust to build a new world.
