About this artwork
In reality they were, and are, gray, like the concrete that forms them. They are two buildings, concrete skeletons, close to a city park. The sky was blue, I have always liked orange for its ability, in my eyes, to enhance volumes. Just the play of volumes at the top of the buildings struck me at that moment. European architectures that probably represent what Albania wants to become, a great capital.

« Everything is worthy of attention, everything is "sacred", like the breath, the silence, but also the cries of human pain. »
Antonio De Nardis is a painter and draftsman based in Italy whose works have been featured in numerous solo and group exhibitions nationally. He describes the only central theme marked in his works as being the "reality of things", filtered and shaped by the truth, as well as the reality of the countless states of consciousness and sensations. In essence, De Nardis' bold compositions portray reality as it does not appear.
