About this artwork
Music for me has always been a source of very strong suggestion, the music of the Masters even more (Particular reference to the sonorities of Luciano Berio). Always attracted by the rhythmic sections, of which the double bass is part, which constitute the backbone on which the melody takes place.

Antonio De Nardis is a painter and draftsman based in Italy whose works have been featured in numerous solo and group exhibitions nationally. He describes the only central theme marked in his works as being the "reality of things", filtered and shaped by the truth, as well as the reality of the countless states of consciousness and sensations. In essence, De Nardis' bold compositions portray reality as it does not appear.
