About this artwork
It is an abstract work, but once again the spectator tries to find in memory something of lived reality, something that resembles the image in front of him. What appears is an autumnal landscape, with light and shadow, an almost impenetrable forest, with trees still green and others yellowing. A forest which however is not a "dark forest", of Dantesque memory, which does not arouse a feeling of fear, nor does it "renew" it, but a forest crossed by…
white light, almost a rediscovered lost paradise, uncontaminated by concrete and technology . It is a work in which cold colors dominate, green and white, with various shades, broken up by black and yellow areas and touches of red.
Created with the use of quality acrylic paint, it is applied with brushes and palette knives and is protected by a layer of professional light resistant varnish.
