The neon pink water body depicts how the situation is not fully natural but artificial, just like the hue, and how silently Bangladeshis are submerging as the sea level rises. Azad painted on several canvases before assembling them into a substantial work. The goal is to give the audience a sense of an archipelago through distinct yet interconnected stories.
