She grew up in a family that praised action, taking action and always being busy doing something.
Of course there needs to be action to move ahead in life, but aligned action is so much more powerful.
Aligned action is when you act on intuition.
You act when you’re guided to do something instead of going for something that you think you should be doing.
In this way the energy of effortless… ease can move through your day. You can create life in a flowing and enjoyable way.
You are able to do many tasks or relax, knowing that there is divine timing playing out throughout your day too.
