Ocean Drive is growing! Introducing ‘OLYMPIA ARCADE’ the 7th piece to join the #oceandrivecollection. Inspired by the fun and colourful arcades most of us visited as children, with the aesthetic components developed into a contemporary sculpture format fitting with the rest of the Ocean Drive series. April Key is a British artist and designer based in Turkey whose works revolve around two concepts relating to architecture and light. She describes her pieces as being inspired by narratives relating to art in itself as well as her love of vibrant colors. Key most often employs hand-blown neon glass tubes and Plexiglas in the creation of her objects, conveying joy and curiosity, as well as offering an escape from the modern world.
