The inspiration comes from a dream that the artist had the day he created this work. He dreamed that he was running in the Gorge of Diosso in Pointe-Noire and he saw a young lion cub that was apprehensive. When the artist woke up, he immediately draw this beautiful cub. It is sometimes in the simplicity of the mind and words that we create the most beautiful artwork.
