About this artwork
In this work, I wanted to capture the silent strength and mysterious beauty of birch trees. Each oil brushstroke reveals the rough texture of the bark, a symbol of resilience. Touches of warm colors evoke the life that persists despite the surrounding cold. This painting invites you to feel the peace and quiet power that these trees convey. the red stain for the organic, gold for the lushness of nature, and the curved black line for the movement to come. The edge of the stretcher bars, thicker than usual, is painted because I prefer a painting hung unframed or in a floater frame.
