About this artwork
Reflections on the triptych DE-CONSTRUCTION 18-0510
A glimpse into the distance, at an unknown land.
A network of colored lines that intersect and intertwine.
Object and space merge together.
It is the beginning of the dissolution of an old structure.
A flickering and vibration, a rhythmic repetition, like a large orchestra.
The heartbeat quickens and the breathing becomes shorter.
The joy of inner vibration and the certainty of one's own… existence dispels the anxious heart palpitations in the face of the unknown.

Before the birth of the future of a new structure
Arnhild Kart, trained in Germany and active in Italy for many years, works with painting and sculpture, combining ceramic, drawing, and architectural experience. Her techniques range from gestural work with large spatulas and dripping techniques to the construction of geometric grids, where she often mixes colors directly on the canvas. Her works oscillate between structure and dissolution, conveying a profound philosophical quest for meaning and transporting viewers into a floating, ever-changing world full of inner tension and poetic reflection.
