A work created with acrylic colors on a metal plate, where Sophia Loren's portrait emerges with elegance and intensity. The metal surface gives depth and character to the image, transforming the industrial support into a refined and contemporary pictorial plane.
The work is embellished with a classically styled gilded frame, richly detailed with ornamental details and baroque scrolls. The structure, with its scenographic and theatrical feel, recalls… the elegance of the dressing rooms and mirrors of great film stars, creating a dialogue between art, fashion, and cinematic memory.
The “DIVA” lipstick becomes a symbol of identity and femininity, an iconic gesture that completes the composition and pays homage to Loren’s timeless charm.
👉 FROM RUST TO ART My name is Flora Zambanini and I am a self-taught artist. I transform any type of industrial material into works of art, integrating cement and ferrous pastes, acrylic paints, metal wires, and DioramaART elements: micro-scenes created with miniature real objects. I attach designer lamps directly to the work and, for some niche pieces, use illuminated display cases. Surfaces marked by scratches, dents, and imperfections become aesthetic textures: where oxidation transforms into poetry. A distinctive element of my work is that the works are not created to be hung, but to be experienced in space as pictorial design sculptures. They find strength and identity when placed on the ground, on pedestals designed to enhance their proportions and scenic presence, capturing the gaze of curators and collectors from around the world. ✔️ ContemporaryArt - SculpturalArt - LuxuryArt - CollectorsPiece - MuseumQuality - DesignSculpture - Unique pieces.
