This work is a tribute to Pablo Picasso and to the figure of the bull, a symbol of instinctive strength and contained tension.
Made from recycled materials, it reflects a spirit of deconstruction and formal freedom dear to the artist.
The overlapping forms explore the interplay between mass and space, evoking a body that is both stable and poised to emerge. The textures and muted tones invite silent contemplation, while a strong diagonal line traverses… the composition like a vital force. The whole creates an abstract harmony, where restraint and power resonate intensely with each other.

Aurélie Pellat's practice lies at the intersection of design, visual arts research, and leatherwork. Using salvaged fragments (leather, textiles, paper, wood), she creates works where matter becomes a living surface, a repository of memory and tension. Influenced by geometric abstraction, minimalism, and Arte Povera, her approach explores the balance between formal rigor and organic vibration.
Preserving forms and marks, she allows a discreet beauty to emerge, revealing the trace of time and the energy contained in each fragment.
