About this artwork
In this work, I used acrylics, sand, and marble powder to capture an explosion of feeling and movement. The rich textures and vibrant colors evoke a visual symphony that stimulates the imagination and awakens the senses.
Each abstract element invites personal reflection, offering a new perspective with each glance.
This painting is a true hymn to the joy of living and the beauty of the unexpected.
I painted the edges of the painting, which does… not require it to be framed.
The painting is signed lower right and countersigned on the back of the canvas.
Finish: Two coats of acrylic varnish
Having grown up near Auvers-sur-Oise, the cradle of Impressionism, I developed an artistic sensibility at a very young age, nurtured by the legacy of Van Gogh and Pissarro. A passionate self-taught artist, I deepened my practice through the study of art history, painting techniques, and color theory. Painting has become a language in its own right for me. An obsession with color has developed throughout my artistic journey, and it is now at the heart of my approach and my true specialty. Today, my work is recognized for its sensitive approach to color, whether in abstract compositions or landscapes. In my semi-abstract works, I always seek to convey emotions. What I paint takes on its full meaning in the freedom offered to the viewer: they are invited to take the time to contemplate, feel the work, and let their imagination awaken.
