About this artwork
The olives shriveled up in a day, so I painted this picture based on my memory of their most beautiful appearance when arrived.
I basically don't take pictures of motifs, but only what I see with my own eyes and remember.
The slightly blurred picture represents the image of going back in time and looking at it.
