About this artwork
Several years ago I conceived and carried out a project called, “Guetersloh Loves Cats”. I went to senior citizens homes and kindergartens in the city of Guetersloh, Germany and painted cats with the children and the elderly. Altogether we had 100 paintings and 20 drawings. These were all exhibited in th beautiful gallery of a theater. Continuing the idea of cats in Guetersloh i made this series of paintings to commemorate the 200 year anniversary…
