About this artwork
I lived & loved the Chelsea neighborhood, but for a few weeks I lived at the end of my stay at the Greenwhich Village, right next to Chelsea which I loved so much.
Until then I have always painted a building with a lot of windows and behind each window there is a life, a story, people, so my imagination wanders, I travel and I paint shadows, characters and objects behind the windows. Here each canvas in my triptych is a window, each canvas… measures 35 x 35 cm, and we can play with the assembly of the canvas, horizontally, vertically or simply each canvas (window) on a wall.
