Batu Behram is an artist based in Portugal whose paintings have been exhibited nationally, as well as in Cyprus and Germany. His work is characterized by the use of vibrant colors, yet are also imbued with a sense of melancholy. Behram's dreamscapes invoke emotion that is "frozen in space", which slowly reveals itself. His artistic practice takes form through "cathartic action painting" with acrylics, oils, enamel, India ink, and pigments on fabric or canvas.
