Upright is an ongoing series of standing figures. The bodies are reduced and developed from simple, vertical structures. Minimal shifts create different postures – from collected to slightly unbalanced.
The figures appear both stable and fragile. They stand without being fully secured, and negotiate uprightness as a state of being.
The group expands with… each new project.
