About this artwork
In my work I use acrylic and tar to create an abstract representation of chaotic beauty and raw energy. Inspired by the wild beauty of the volcanoes of the Pacific Belt of Fire, one can imagine the forces that nature can bring to life to create and destroy life. The dark, simmering texture in the center symbolizes the sometimes stormy sea of our inner world, framed by a soft, calming beige that embodies calm and stability. This painting brings a…
powerful dynamic to any room, inviting reflection on personal depth and change.
