Beatrix Syjuco is an award-winning artist based in Canada whose paintings have been featured in solo exhibitions both nationally and in the Philippines. Her narrative-based abstractions explore the human condition and examine our motivations in relation to the world around us. Syjuco describes her artistic process as being more subtractive than additive. Painting clears her head of ghosts which she believes is a powerful thing.
