Limitless explores the idea of life as a layered construction. Blue, white, and small flashes of yellow are layered using oil paint, pigments, and fabrics, creating a surface where light seems to emerge from within.
Fabrics serve as a metaphor for the vital layers we accumulate: experiences, decisions, lessons, and emotions. Some remain visible; others are hidden beneath the next. Yet all are still present. Each layer has its meaning, even when… it is no longer visible, because it is the foundation that supports the next.
The work also alludes to the unfinished nature of existence. We live in a continuous process of discovery, passing through layers that gradually reveal what was hidden. The spaces of light that appear within the matter represent precisely that revelation: the possibility of finding something new in what we believed was already constructed.
