About this artwork
This artwork I created is a fusion of abstract and semi-abstract, made with passion using oils. It represents a tumult of emotions, similar to the rushing movements of the ocean, with touches of fiery reds and luminous yellows emerging through the deep blues. It was designed to evoke feelings of freedom and power, bringing a vibrant, dynamic energy into your home that stimulates the senses and invites reflection.

« The sign is time that becomes space and painting is not only beautiful or pleasant, it helps you to be alone, to face yourself. »
Benedetta Del Coco is an Italian artist whose paintings have been featured in numerous solos and group exhibitions nationally. Her artistic practice is informed by the sign, the gesture, as well as the interaction between the sign and space through chromatic juxtapositions. Her distinctive and varied abstract impressionist compositions are created using oils, tar, pastels, acrylics on canvas.
