About this artwork
In this work, I explored a vibrant balance between structure and chaos. Using acrylic, oil, and graffiti elements, I created an abstract composition where intense bursts of color collide and harmonize with bold, dynamic forms, evoking a dance between tradition and rebellion. The focal point, an enigmatic figure with outstretched arms, symbolizes the human quest for connection and expression in a multifaceted world. This painting is an invitation…
to feel the energy and passion, adding a breath of boldness and color to any living space.

Benoit Martin, coming from pandemic isolation and inspired by his uncle, turned to painting as an outlet. His works, a collage of techniques with a love for spray, acrylic, charcoal and notably cork, evolve with a conceptual audacity that challenges traditional limits. Each canvas vibrates with energy, offering pleasure and emotion, inviting a deep visual meditation.
