Imagine that you suddenly realize that NONE of your beliefs, norms and values, opinions and uncertainties, doubts and fears actually being yourself and that NONE of those things have anything to do with who you really are _ that they are, in fact, filters accumulated through everything that you have experienced in your life.
Then imagine those filters opening up, so that the truth about who you really are can be revealed in all its glory... There… is nothing new we need to learn. All we have to do is remember what we knew as children, when anything was possible... just remember!
And nothing but to let that process continue to the point of 'no return'.
