About this artwork
The scenarios photographed from the air, from my Aerial Views project, which I have been pursuing since 2010, often reminded me of abstract paintings with their structures, shapes, patterns and the interplay of colors.
Since it was difficult to travel and organize photo flights during the 2021 pandemic, I started painting free abstract paintings myself, including those that relate to his series, such as this painting to the photographs of Scenery… A, Beach of Miami Beach. It was a great experience for me and reinforced my deep respect for abstract painters and artists who created wonderful images purely from their own imagination.
The picture is framed in a white wooden shadow gap frame - see photos.
