About this artwork
In this work, I married acrylic, collage of 1960s comics and ink to explore the nostalgia of a film from my childhood, "A Perfect World" by Clint Eastwood.
By integrating comic strip elements, I invite the viewer to dive into a visual narrative where the classic and the contemporary meet. Where the reference of a cinema meets illustration and a journey, the one that I idealized America of the 60s.
Every detail is designed to awaken nostalgia and… emotions, making this painting a true dialogue between art and cinema.
