In this work, I fuse vibrant colors and dynamic forms into a powerful explosion of energy and modernity. The combination of acrylic, oil, collage, and colored pencil creates an exciting variety of textures that captures the tension between urban structure and abstract freedom. It is intended to bring joy, courage, and creative power to any space seeking inspiration and vibrant dynamism.
My multifaceted collage series depicts impressions of Sydney… and Melbourne; motifs overlap, are sometimes painted over, distorted, colored, and play with lost and found objects, abstracting them. The color palettes are intense, bold, and pop-art in style.
Due to its size, this artwork is not delivered fully assembled. However, assembly is simple as it uses a tension frame. No tools are required, apart from wall mounting. Instructions are included. Further consultation is possible if needed.
BETA45 uses painting, photography, printmaking, and digital media to creatively implement his diverse training in communication design and interactive media. Using experimental mixed media techniques, he creates fascinating overlays of photos, symbols, and typography, often in large-format, collage-like compositions. His style combines structure, chaos, and order, allowing even seemingly ugly motifs to unfold poetic power. Through his works, he vividly conveys transience and the profound ambivalence of human civilization—they are disturbing, touching, and thought-provoking.
