About this artwork
In this piece, I wanted to capture the complexity of the male gaze with a tense and challenging energy. I used strong colors and expressive forms to show the contrast between the assertive woman and the men who observe her, creating an atmosphere charged with emotion and confrontation. This piece will bring a vibrant force to your space, inviting reflection on inequality and power.

A graduate of Uruguay's National School of Fine Arts and a professor in Valencia, he primarily uses oil and acrylic on canvas or cardboard. His technique is distinctly expressionist, employing a palette of ochres, greens, and blues, and he incorporates dialogue between figures to narrate everyday life and its nuances. His works convey the depth of human experience, highlighting the beauty, sorrows, and joys of the common person, inviting reflection and empathy.
