« Disappearing under the coat of paint »
Far from his memories, Biétry has always practiced painting. After a first year at the Beaux Arts in Beaune, followed three years at the Beaux Arts in Besançon, where there was a professor, a master whose rigor and exacting standards gave him a framework, a reference. This companionship had a lot of influence in the artist's progress, like the echo of a tuning fork that would maintain the tone.
