Birgit Fechner is an exciting German painter who has exhibited her work throughout Europe. Inspired by the contrast between Munich and Berlin, nature and roughness, she places opposing emotions alongside each other in vibrant, rhythmic abstract works. Her recurring motifs include flowers, cities and life and death, each infusing each painting with meaning behind the aesthetic.
