In this painting, I captured the quiet melancholy of a young person using acrylic paints. The loose brushstrokes enhance the feeling of a snapshot in time, a moment of reflection. I wanted to make visible the inner turmoil and the transition from new beginnings to tranquility. This work brings an honest, contemplative energy to any room and invites contemplation and reflection.
