About this artwork
In this painting, I merged the fluidity of impressionism with the starkness of minimalism to capture the juxtaposition of man-made structures against the natural landscape. Using oil paints, I aimed to evoke a sense of calm and introspection through the serene aqua tones contrasted sharply by the bold red pillar.
