The handcut 5 mm steel panels are welded together in 3D. The different rust patines is from various acids. From lemon with vinegar to hydrochloric acid and then rinsed and varnished. The work is ready to hang.

Bob Takes is an artist from Belgium whose steel sculptures have been exhibited in solo and group shows internationally. After studying both graphic design and audio-visual design, Takes immersed himself in his sculpture practice, playfully crafting works that blend figuration with abstraction. He is often inspired by the dynamism of nature, notably through his recurring seascape motifs.
