About this artwork
This image was created from a shot I took of the Seattle’s Central Library in Washington state, which is nearly covered in windows. As an iconic image of fascinating proportions and depth, an interesting perspective evolved. The magnified geometric side panels draw you into the temple-like pinnacles at the center, expanding the perspective and exposing an unreal mystique. An optical allusion plays off the sides of the frame from… the penetration of converging angles.
This will be printed using Archival Inks and Canson Rag Photographique 100% cotton museum grade Fine Art Paper. It offers a unique extra smooth surface with a sensual feel. It also provides one the highest achievable Dmax available, making it ideal for Fine Art images.
The final print will have a 3/4" border that will be signed and numbered at the bottom.
