Brian Rattiner is an American artist whose paintings have been widely exhibited nationally, as well as in France, and Russia. His works are greatly influenced by literature, poetic experiences, music, and nature. Classical solo piano music is most often the soundtrack to his artistic practice, as he transcribes "movements of melody with line and color". Rattiner creates spontaneously, allowing the experience or setting to guide his process.
