The Judgment of Osiris, a central theme of the Egyptian Book of the Dead. The goddess Ma'at, the goddess of truth and justice, is a benevolent solar power of light. She is the daughter of Ra. She is the deity to be venerated by humankind today. In this age of lies and darkness, more than ever, we must fight for her (who resides within us, our body of truth). This is the weighing of the human heart in the afterlife, which… represents the consciousness acquired during our earthly incarnation. On the scales, there is, on one side, the heart, represented by a vessel, and on the other, the feather of Ma'at, which embodies truth and justice! The heart must be lighter than the feather! True death does not exist; one will only have to reincarnate on Earth if the heart is heavier than the feather.
And if the heart is lighter, the Man, freed from all that is darkness, will go to the heavenly abodes.
Her artistic approach is deeply rooted in the exploration of the spiritual realm through lyrical, poetic, and surreal figuration. Her work highlights the duality of human existence, between shadow and light, materiality and spirituality. She expresses this tension through a pictorial contrast between ultra-smooth surfaces and chaotic reliefs, sometimes creating works that exist somewhere between painting and sculpture, where the subjects seem to emerge from the support. Trained in decorative painting, she has enriched her practice through various specialized workshops, notably in lime techniques, frescoes, patinas, and decorative plasters such as stucco. She also masters mural painting, modeling, airbrushing, and pouring with epoxy resin, giving her work a unique, glazed appearance. She invites reflection on consciousness, wisdom, and the connection between the visible and invisible worlds, sublimating matter to touch upon these spiritual realities.
