About this artwork
In my work, I explored depth and texture using acrylics, tempera and enamel. I immersed myself in abstraction, letting emotions guide every brushstroke. Here, I created a dialogue between light and darkness, between the visible and what lies beneath the surface. This work embodies strength and serenity, evoking reflection and introspection in those who observe it. Bring a silent yet powerful presence into your home.

Bruno Biondi has displayed his paintings in numerous solo exhibitions throughout his native Italy and Poland. Colorblind at birth, it wasn’t until his artistic style transformed from figurative to informal that he realized how integral color was to his work and that he could not avoid it. Vertical signs are carved and imprinted in each of his pieces, which are all entitled ‘Vertical Concept”. Biondi imbues these symbols with the significance of stability and self-confidence in uncertain times.
