About this artwork
In the intimacy of my studio, between the penetrating scents of the enamels and the liveliness of the tempera, I gave life to this work. I conceived it as a dialogue between chaos and order, using acrylic and gravure to explore emotional tension. Vertical lines challenge tumultuous abstraction, inviting the observer to contemplate the harmony hidden in contrast. Bringing it into your home means welcoming a whirlwind of energy and deep reflection.

Bruno Biondi has displayed his paintings in numerous solo exhibitions throughout his native Italy and Poland. Colorblind at birth, it wasn’t until his artistic style transformed from figurative to informal that he realized how integral color was to his work and that he could not avoid it. Vertical signs are carved and imprinted in each of his pieces, which are all entitled ‘Vertical Concept”. Biondi imbues these symbols with the significance of stability and self-confidence in uncertain times.
