About this artwork
This painting invites to dive into the sensuality of the queen of all roses through her suggested smell, soft texture, voluptuous shape and the deep shades of red of her petals rendered by each stroke. Roses are symbole of the deep feminine and mystic women such as the Rose Lineage. A high symbole of faith, mystery and the (often hidden) deep power of women around the world through Ages. It is crafted to infuse a room with a sense of life's precious… moments, romance and feminity.
It belongs to the new collection Secret Garden and it is being exhbitied in Paris in Mars 2024. Framed with black wood frame that can be removed and changed easily.
« My mantra : I believe in the healing, powerful and delicate beauty of Nature and Arts. »
Cæsiliæ is an experienced Parisian painter with international roots, now based in Berlin. Drawing on personal loss, she seeks to build a spiritual and poetic artistic universe that facilitates healing whilst also acknowledging pain. Water features prominently in her figurative works; luminous reflections on lakes and oceans appear within outlines of female subjects caught in movement. These elements ultimately display a visual dance of light and feeling.
